Russian Airstrike Hits Sloviansk, Leaving Four Dead and Several Injured

On the morning of March 10, a Russian airstrike targeted the center of Sloviansk, located in the Donetsk region of Ukraine. The attack resulted in the deaths of four individuals and left 16 others injured, including a 14-year-old girl.

According to the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office, the assault focused on densely populated residential areas. One of the munitions struck an apartment building, while two others landed near high-rise structures.

Initially, reports indicated two fatalities; however, Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk regional military administration, later confirmed that the death toll had risen to at least four.

In addition to the casualties, the airstrikes damaged at least six apartment buildings and ten vehicles. Emergency services, including firefighters and medical personnel, are currently on-site to assist and assess the situation.

Filashkin emphasized that all details surrounding the attack are being documented as another instance of a war crime committed by Russia. Authorities have pledged to provide updates as more information becomes available.
