Russian military forces have been consistently launching attacks on Ukrainian cities and civilian infrastructure using various weapons, including strike drones, missiles, and multiple rocket launch systems. These actions have been classified as war crimes by both Ukrainian authorities and international organizations, which emphasize their targeted nature.
Furthermore, attacks on essential services and healthcare facilities aimed at depriving civilians of electricity, heat, water, communication, and medical support have been characterized as genocidal actions.
Despite these allegations, Russian leadership denies that its military deliberately targets civilian infrastructure, asserting that such claims are unfounded.
