Recent assaults on the city of Nikopol involved both drone strikes and artillery fire, leading to injuries among residents, including a young child. In total, seven individuals were reported injured during these incidents.
The initial attack utilized FPV drones, resulting in injuries to four women. Two of these women were hospitalized: a 62-year-old in serious condition and a 33-year-old in moderate condition. The other two women, aged 39 and 49, are expected to receive outpatient treatment.
Damage from the drone strikes included a multi-story residential building and a pharmacy, along with a vehicle that was completely destroyed.
Following the drone assault, the city experienced artillery shelling. Among those injured was a 1.5-year-old girl, who was hospitalized in moderate condition and subsequently transferred to a medical facility in Dnipro. Additionally, two men, aged 66 and 72, sustained injuries and will receive outpatient care.
This artillery attack also caused damage to several private homes and apartment buildings in the area.
