During the past day, 187 combat clashes took place at the front. The hottest situation is in the Pokrovsky direction, the enemy was also active in the Kurakhiv direction. This is stated in the summary of the General Staff as of 8:00 a.m. on September 27, reports UNN.

According to detailed information, yesterday the Russians hit the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas with five strikes with eight missiles and 71 airstrikes, dropping 96 anti-aircraft missiles. In addition, more than 4,800 attacks were carried out, 224 of them from rocket salvo systems.

Yesterday, aviation and missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces made four strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and anti-aircraft defenses of the enemy.

On Kharkiv direction three skirmishes took place near Staritsa, Tykhi and Vovchansk.

On Kupyansk direction 20 battles were fought. The defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Synkivka, Hlushkivka, Lozova, Stelmakhivka, and Kolisnikivka.

On Lyman direction 15 combat clashes took place. The enemy attacked near Grekivka, Nevsky, Novosadovo and Torsky.

On Seversky direction four battles were fought. Our soldiers stopped all the enemy’s attempts to break through the defenses in the areas of Bilogorivka, Verkhnyokamyanskyi and Spirny.

On Kramatorsk direction 10 clashes took place. Ukrainian defenders repelled assaults by Russian invaders near Minkivka, Hryhorivka, and Bila Hora.

On TOrets direction 18 battles were fought, in particular, near Toretsk, Shcherbynivka, and Leonidovka.

On Pokrovsky direction our defenders repelled 42 enemy assaults in the areas of Zelene Pole, Mykolayivka, Lysivka, Krutiy Yar, Novogrodivka, Selidove, Marynivka and Krasny Yar settlements. The greatest concentration of attacks was near Selidovoy and Marynivka.

On Kurakhiv direction The defense forces stopped 36 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Tsukuryny, Zhelany Drugy, Georgiivka, Mykolaivka, Paraskoviivka, Kostyantynivka, and Katerynivka.

On Vremivskyi direction Russian invaders carried out five offensives near Vodyanyi, Katerynivka and Bogoyavlenka.

On Orihiv direction three skirmishes took place. Ukrainian defenders repelled enemy assaults near Robotyny.

On Dnieper direction the invaders were also defeated, twice attacking the defensive lines of our units.

On Gulyaipil direction the situation has not changed much. No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Poliske directions, the General Staff said.

On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions the enemy actively uses guided aerial bombs and attack UAVs, carries out mortar and artillery attacks on Ukrainian settlements. Also, Russian anti-aircraft missiles explode in the territory of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, where the operation of our troops continues. According to available information, the enemy carried out 16 airstrikes during the day, using 19 air defense systems.
