Photo: General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Tonight, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the Russian occupiers’ arsenal for storage and modernization of missile and artillery weapons near the village of Kotluban in the Volgograd region. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on September 29.
According to available information, on the eve of the attack, an echelon with Iranian missiles arrived at the arsenal.
“The military object had dense cover by means of EW and anti-aircraft defense, however, our units successfully completed their combat mission. There is a fire and detonation of ammunition on the territory of the arsenal,” the report says.
The operation was carried out by the Unmanned Systems Forces in cooperation with units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the Security Service of Ukraine.
“The defense forces continue to undermine the military potential of the enemy,” the General Staff of the Armed Forces assured.
As ArmiyaInform reported, earlier the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck a warehouse for storing weapons and military equipment near the settlement of Kursk in Russia.
