Details: He said that the Victory Plan was presented to both presidential candidates – Kamala Harris and Donald Trump: “It is important for Ukraine that America understands Ukraine directly. That’s how it is.”
He also added that Ukraine has new agreements on reconstruction – G7+ more than 30 countries have joined and the European Union: “This is an analogue of our security format: there was a security declaration of the “seven”, and based on it we made security agreements – already 26 – which are strengthening us while we are not yet in NATO. And now there will be bilateral documents with the countries regarding the reconstruction, regarding the clear steps of each country.”
However, the most important thing is the front: “We did everything dependent on us, on Ukraine, to strengthen as much as possible.”
