Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with Joe Biden at the White House on Thursday to present his “plan to win” the war after the US president announced nearly $8 billion in military aid to Ukraine.
“Russia will not win. Ukraine will win, and we will continue to support you every step of the way,” Biden said while receiving Zelensky in the Oval Office, Western media reported.
The American president noted that the United States will strengthen Kyiv’s position at future negotiations on the issue of Ukraine’s defense.
As expected, during the meeting, Zelenskyi plans to present the “Ukraine Victory Plan” to Biden.
Also today, the President of Ukraine is scheduled to meet with Vice President Kamala Harris.
