Today, on September 29, messages appeared in Telegram channels that Mykhailo Fedorov will allegedly be appointed to the position of Minister of Defense instead of Rustem Umerov. It was also reported that Kirill Budanov, the head of the GUR, would be fired. Oleg Ivashchenko, who currently heads the Foreign Intelligence Service, is to take his place.
