“Ninety-one years ago, Stalin and the Soviet regime staged the Holodomor, a forced and selective famine that killed millions of Ukrainians. We remember the men, women and children who died during the Holodomor,” said the US president.

Biden reminded that Russia has been waging a full-scale war against Ukrainians for almost three years and is trying to erase Ukraine from the world map.
