Details: According to UP sources close to the negotiating group, Major General Vadym Skibitskyi represents the Main Directorate of Intelligence in the delegation that left for the United States on November 28.
Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the GUR, did not go to the USA, but is at his workplace in Kyiv.
