Details: Trump, commenting on the expected negotiations around the Russo-Ukrainian War, said that he had a “good relationship” with Zelensky, but he (Trump) “disagrees what he did because this war did not have to start.”

He then expressed his dissatisfaction with the explanations of the Ukrainian leader about the restrictions that exist for potential agreements with the Russian Federation.
