The United States of America allocated new military aid to Ukraine in the amount of $375 million.

Literally: “Today, the US Department of Defense (MoD) announced the provision of additional assistance in the field of security to provide Ukraine with the tools necessary for victory in the fight against Russian aggression.
This includes authorizing the Presidential Arms Reduction Authority (PDA) package, valued at $375 million, to provide Ukraine with additional capabilities to meet its most pressing needs, including: air-to-ground weapons, missile munitions systems and artillery, armored vehicles and anti-tank weapons”.
Details: The new package includes, in particular:
- Air-to-ground ammunition;
- Ammunition for highly mobile artillery rocket systems (HIMARS);
- 155-mm and 105-mm artillery ammunition;
- TOW missiles (American heavy anti-tank guided missile (PTKR) – ed.);
- Javelin and AT-4 anti-tank systems;
- Armored security vehicles M1117;
- Anti-Ambush Protected Vehicles (MRAP);
- Light tactical vehicles;
- Armored bridge systems;
- Small arms;
- Patrol boats;
- Minesweeper equipment and ammunition;
- Parts, support equipment, service, training and transportation.
The Pentagon also noted that this is already the sixty-sixth tranche of equipment that the Biden administration will provide to Ukraine from the warehouses of the US Department of Defense, starting in August 2021.
The US Department of Defense added that the United States will continue to work with about 50 NATO member countries and partners to provide Ukraine with the support it needs to win the war.
