The National Bank of Ukraine issued a written warning to JSC “Ukrposhta” due to detected violations of legislation on the payment market.
The NBU announced this on December 1.
The regulator found that the company committed a number of violations in the field of payment services, as well as requirements regarding the management system, work in a special period, authorization of financial service providers and submission of statistical reporting.
“Ukrposhta” must eliminate all recorded violations and take measures to prevent their recurrence within 60 calendar days from the moment of receiving the decision.
November 17 JSC “Ukrposhta” concluded an agreement with the American company iGlobal Exports LLC (Zonos) for services for the payment of customs payments to the US Customs and Border Service in the amount of $8 million (336.32 million UAH).
“Ukrposhta” announced about start of auctions on which 716 cars will be sold.
