Ukrainian tennis player Angelina Kalinin (No. 48 WTA) announced that due to health problems, she is ending the season early.
“Due to health problems, this season is over for me. Thank you all for your constant support,” the tennis player wrote on Instagram.
In the current season, Angelina played 46 matches, 22 of which she won. She has one win in the last seven matches.
At the tournaments in Austin, Rouen and Strasbourg, she reached the 1/2 finals, but did not manage to pass beyond this stage. It is also worth noting reaching the 1/8 finals at the WTA 1000 competition in Miami.
After the US Open, Elina Svitolina ended her season early.
