The auction commission of the State Property Fund of Ukraine set the starting price and developed the conditions for the sale of the state’s 100% share of the authorized capital of Motordetal-Konotop LLC (Sumy region) and set the starting price at UAH 278.5 million.

The enterprise is included in the list of large privatization objects.
The auction commission determined the terms of sale:
- preservation of the type of activity;
- repayment of debts for the payment of wages to employees and to the budget;
- repayment of overdue payables, except for debts owed to individuals and legal entities against whom sanctions have been applied and persons related to them, as well as creditors whose beneficiaries are citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
- preventing the dismissal of employees for 6 months;
- provision of social guarantees to employees in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation;
- compliance with the requirements and restrictions of environmental legislation;
- implementation of the current collective agreement and conclusion of a new one for subsequent periods after the expiration of the current one, as well as employment of the released employees of the company in accordance with the legislation.

“Motordetal-Konotop” LLC is a Ukrainian enterprise in Sumy Oblast that specializes in the production of piston rings for internal combustion engines. One of the largest manufacturers of piston rings in Ukraine and supplies its products both to the domestic market and to export. It is a profitable budget-generating enterprise in Konotop, which employs more than 700 people.
The company was transferred in the administration of the FSMU by the decision of the High Anti-corruption Court in 2023. Before that, Motordetal-Konotop LLC belonged to the under-sanctioned senator of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation of the aggressor country, Serhii Kalashnik.
