Booking of employees – the latest newsOn November 15, the government updated the reservation criteria and the criteria for obtaining criticality. Thus, the regional and industry criticality criteria of enterprises will now be agreed with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy. For the private sector, the salary criterion and the absence of debts to the budget will now be a mandatory point to reserve their employees.

From December 1, Ukraine will change the approach to the reservation of workers from mobilization. The innovations will relate to determining the status of a “critical” enterprise, taking into account the level of salaries, regional and industry criteria.
