Kyiv Metro reported that speed restrictions will be in effect for a certain time on the repaired section of the metro between the “Demiivska” and “Lybidska” stations.
About this it is said on the website of the Kyiv City Council.
It is noted that, according to the recommendations of the contracting organization, a speed of 40 km/h for electric trains has been set on this section during the period of increased supervision of the condition of the tunnel structures after restoration and construction works.
In the future, train speeds will be increased during the first 180 days of tunnel operation.
At the same time, the Kyiv City Council notes that no deviations were recorded during the two weeks of operation of the restored tunnel.
