Yannick played against Ben for the ninth time and won the eighth.
Sinner won the group with a 100% score – in addition to Shelton, he also beat Felix Auger-Aliassim and Alexander Zverev.
Yannyk won his 13th consecutive victory at the Tour level and 29th at the indoor level. In the semifinals, he will meet Alex de Minaur, against whom he leads in personal confrontations with a score of 12:0.
