On September 26, the Russian military, using FPV drones, fired at a railway station in the Sumy region, as a result of which three workers were injured.

Literally The prosecutor’s office: “According to the investigation, on September 26, 2024 at around 1:00 p.m., using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the occupiers fired FPV drones at the railway station in the town of Khutir-Mykhailivskyi (Druzhba) of the Shostky district.”
Details: According to Ukrzaliznytsia, one employee of the wagon industry, who was performing his official duties, and an employee of the paramilitary guard and communications service, who were on their way to a business trip, were injured. The victims are provided with the necessary medical assistance. Their lives are currently not in danger.
“Fortunately, there are no injured passengers or station workers. All Ukrzaliznytsia trains in the region are running according to schedule,” the message says.
Also, as a result of the attack, the station building was damaged and 15 windows were broken. The law enforcement officers have started a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war.
