OVA: Russian troops hit a village in the Kherson region with a tank, a man was killed

In the evening of September 25, Russian troops hit the village of Mykhailivka in the Kherson region with a tank. A local resident was killed as a result of the shelling, reported the head of the regional military administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

“Several residential buildings were destroyed. “Unfortunately, a 72-year-old man was fatally wounded,” the post reads.

Earlier, local authorities reported that three people were injured due to Russian attacks in Kherson on Wednesday. Oleksandr Prokudin, head of OVA, also reported that a woman died as a result of Russian shelling of Kherson on September 25.

The forces of the Russian Federation regularly attack Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, missiles, anti-aircraft missiles, anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
