Details: On July 19, in most areas – moderate rains. In Zhytomyr, Rivne, Volyn and Kharkiv region there are significant precipitation.
In the southern regions – without precipitation. In the east, the southeast and in the Sumy region, thunderstorms, hail and squalls are possible and 15-20 m/s.
