People’s deputy Maryana Bezugla said that she will block the work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine until a decision is made on the dismissal of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi.

She announced this in Telegram.

Bezugla announced the resumption of the strike and the intention to block all parliamentary procedures in the session hall.

“I have decided to resume my strike and block ALL activities of the parliament in the hall until Syrskyi is released,” the deputy emphasized.

According to her, after the corruption scandals and the dismissal of Andrii Yermak, the authorities do not make the necessary decisions, in particular regarding the appointment of a new head of the President’s Office, and the situation in the defense sector remains unchanged.

Bezugla also criticized the work of anti-corruption bodies and personnel appointments in the National Security and Defense Council.

“All Andrii Borysovych’s people remain in their positions. The country still does not have a plan. The Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers “calmed down”. There is no military reform, the disorder at the front continues: the Russians are advancing. No audit, no review of combat management, financial support for the military; no reduction of bloated headquarters, changes in mobilization, introduction of terms of service,” she wrote.

She added that problems remain with air defense, military rotations and a large number of booked and “adjusted” persons, and instead of discussing the frontline situation, the deputies are engaged in internal political conflicts.

“My position is consistent: when the anti-corruption protests broke out, I made a priority demand for military reform, terms of service and Syrskyi. I continue and urge everyone not to be indifferent,” Bezugla emphasized.

She emphasized that the blockade will continue regardless of the content of the bills, and no document will be adopted “until Syrsky is released.”

“The state has no more time to play hide and seek. Volodymyr Oleksandrovich, listen. Not appointing the head of the OP even for months may even be for the best and reduce “totalitarianism”, but we cannot systematically ignore what is happening with the country’s defense,” the deputy concluded.

Earlier, People’s Deputy from “Servant of the People” Maryana Bezugla reported that the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, blocked her in the WhatsApp messenger.

Earlier, People’s Deputy from “Servant of the People” Maryana Bezugla advised the residents of Kyiv to consider the option of temporary relocation for the autumn-winter period. She warned that the Russians may try to “plant” the capital completely with strikes on critical infrastructure.

People’s deputy Maryana Bezugla also stated that the Dobropil counteroffensive operation allegedly does not exist. She once again criticized Oleksandr Syrskyi, the head of the Armed Forces.
