The changes became possible due to the fact that the need for paper certificates disappeared. The innovation policy consists in simplifying access to exams: now the candidate’s data will be checked directly at the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. If necessary, graduates can still receive a paper certificate if they wish.
This decision will help reduce bureaucracy and improve the process of driver training in Ukraine. In addition to the cancellation of licenses, future drivers who undergo training on their own will have to notify the relevant authorities, which also reflects the state’s intention to adapt to the new conditions of training and testing of driving skills.
