A 40-year-old policeman died as a result of the accident. Two more people were seriously injured and are in the hospital. The injured were a 28-year-old dog trainer and a 27-year-old military serviceman.
The tanker driver received minor injuries, he was sober at the time of the accident.
As a result of the collision, the service car of the community police officer was also damaged. The law enforcement officer himself was not injured.
