Details: It is reported that the occupying authorities of the Holoprystan district were unable to provide heating in kindergartens. In particular, a critical situation has developed in the village of Krugoozerka.
Advertising:
The National Central Committee reports that due to the lack of heating, parents are forced to dress their children in several layers of warm clothes. The employees of the institutions reported that there will be no heat throughout the winter, citing the “lack of funding”.
Parents are given an ultimatum: if they want to ensure a comfortable temperature for their children, they must buy firewood at their own expense. In fact, people are offered to maintain a kindergarten on their own, while occupation officials report on “successes” and manage budgets in completely different places.
Literally: “According to local residents, all funding settles in Genichesk, where the occupation administration demonstratively “repairs” sidewalks and tiles, while other areas of the region live in complete decay. Children are freezing in kindergartens, parents are looking for firewood, and officials in Genichesk are busy showing off and building facades.”
Details: People complain that due to the considerable remoteness of the inspection area from the occupation center, they cannot reach them, which allows local collaborators to avoid any responsibility for embezzlement of funds and indifference to the needs of the community.
The Central Committee emphasizes that this situation is systemic in the temporarily occupied territories, where the basic needs of the civilian population are ignored, and the budgets are stolen by the occupying vertical.
Prehistory:
- Earlier, the CNS reported that the Russians allocate 700 billion rubles for deportation Ukrainians from the temporarily occupied territories to Siberia.
