In some regions of Ukraine, light shutdown began

In Odesa region and Dnipropetrovsk, Oblenergo is forced to use light shutdown due to network restrictions due to shelling of the Russian Federation.

This was reported by the press service of NEC “Ukrenergo”.

“Due to the consequences of firing of energy objects in the Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions, the power companies are forced to use shutdowns caused by network restrictions,” – the message reads.

Repairs are currently underway and energy is making efforts to restore power supply to consumers.

At the same time, the power company called on all Ukrainians to consume electricity from 16:00 to 19:00.

Recall:

During a massive attack on February 26, Russia hit the DTEK energy object in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
