On Wednesday, February 26, the Romanian Senate approved two laws that allow you to knock down the drones and peaceful conduct of military missions and operations in the Romanian state.
This was reported by Radio Liberty.
The Law was approved by 78 votes “For ”, 11 was “against ”and two abstained.
“We strengthen Romania’s defense! (…) The first law regulates the whipping of unauthorized drones that violate Romania’s airspace. The second law allows more effective cooperation of the Romanian army with NATO partners in the national territory, in military missions and operations in peacetime, ” – wrote a temporarily acting duties of the Senate of Mircha Abrudyan on Facebook.

In Romania, three drones were spotted on the night of April 16, 2024. Against them used remedies.
Radio Liberty states that the drones were knocked down because of the risk of interference at the air base. General Constantine Spoine stated that such events occur often.
