- On the night and morning of November 29, the Russians inflicted combined strike on Ukraine. The enemy used about 36 missiles and almost 600 drones. According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, the main goals of the Russian Federation were energy and civil facilities.
- Damage caused by shelling in Kyiv suffered high-rise buildings and private houses in several areas. It was reported that two people died in the capital, and another 37 were injured.
- Because of the attack, half a million inhabitants of the city remained without light. Later, some consumers restored electricity supply.
- In the capital, against the background of the Russian combined attack, traffic on the Kharkiv highway was blocked, trolleybuses and trams were delayed on the right bank of the city. Later, traffic was restored.
