In the capital, against the background of the Russian combined attack, traffic on the Kharkiv highway is blocked, trolleybuses and trams are delayed on the right bank of the city.

Biloshitsky’s direct speech: “Kyiv! Attention road users! Traffic is blocked on the Kharkiv highway (from the intersection with Pryvokzalnaya Street to the intersection with Zdolbunivska Street).”
