Graham expressed hope that Zelenskyi’s visit to the United States “will end with the creation of a new strategy to end the war in Ukraine.”
“My hope is that he will leave this week or early next week not only with bipartisan support to continue fighting for Ukraine, but with a new strategy that will make ending the war on favorable terms more likely.
