To prepare this delicate dessert according to the recipe of the famous chef Evgeny Klopotenko, you will need only 25 minutes and the following ingredients:

• 250 ml of milk

• 250 ml of cream 33%

• ½ vanilla pod (or vanilla sugar)

• 15 g of gelatin (or 4 sheets)

• 2 Art. l. water

• 100 g of sugar

For the blueberry sauce:

• 150 g of blueberries

• 75 g of sugar

This particular recipe will be with blueberry sauce, but it’s for the amateur.

Step 1:

If the recipe uses powdered gelatin, measure out 15g, pour into a bowl and add 120ml of water. Be sure to read the instructions on the package, as the proportions may vary depending on the manufacturer. For sheet gelatin, it is enough to take 4 sheets and pour water over them so that they are completely submerged.

Step 2:

Pour 250 ml of milk and 250 ml of 33% fat cream into a saucepan, add 100 g of sugar.

Step 3:

Cut ½ a vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the contents. If there is no pod, you can replace it with 10 g of vanilla sugar, although natural vanilla will add a richer flavor to the dessert.

Step 4:

Heat the mixture of cream, milk and sugar to a temperature of 80°C. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the swollen gelatin and stir well until it is completely dissolved.

Step 5:

Pour the mixture into small molds. Wait until it cools down a little and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Preparation of blueberry sauce

Step 1:

Put 150 g of blueberries and 75 g of sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the finished panna cotta from the molds and serve, pouring berry sauce.

As they say, this is a base, but we warn you that it is far from dietary.

From the ingredients you will need:

• 190 g of flour

• 1 h. l. baking powder

• 8th century l. water at room temperature

For the cream:

• 300 g of cream cheese

For the spread:

• 70 ml of cream 20%

• 1 tbsp. l. butter

Let’s proceed to cooking:

Step 1:

Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar until smooth. Add sifted flour with baking powder and, finally, pour water. Mix the dough and pour it on the baking sheet.

Step 2:

Bake for 10-15 minutes, being careful not to overcook. After cooling, cut off the dried edges and cut the cake into 4 equal long strips.

Step 3:

Melt the sugar with the cocoa over the fire, stirring constantly. Add the cream, stir and then add the butter. Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved and use for greasing cakes.

Step 4:

Form a stump from the cakes. Whip the cream well and divide it into four parts, one of which is set aside for decoration. We apply the cream evenly on each cake, after which we twist them in the shape of a stump. Grease the sides with the remaining cream and make cracks to create a texture.
