Hailey Bieber shared her workouts almost three months after giving birth to her son with husband Justin Bieber. Hailey celebrated her 28th birthday on November 22 by hitting the gym with fitness trainer Kirsty Godson, whose clients also include Olivia Rodrigo and Kaia Gerber.
In a video posted to Instagram Stories, Hailey – wearing a black long-sleeved crop top and shorts – used a resistance band and ankle weights while doing leg lifts on a yoga mat. For this exercise, she also engaged her abs by placing one hand on a balance ball.
Meanwhile, in the second photo, the model gives a thumbs up. In the caption, she wrote: “bday burn.”
