President Volodymyr Zelenskyy listened to a report by Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi and several reports by Air Force Commander Kryvonozhek.

About this reported the president

“Our “patriots” and some other systems worked, and 14 Russian missiles were neutralized that night. In particular, two aeroballistic and six ballistic Russian missiles were shot down. And we will continue to strengthen this component of our air defense – systems capable of knocking down ballistics,” the head of state said.

Zelensky instructed diplomats to inform partners as much as possible about Russian attacks, the nature of these attacks, and the selected targets.

“This night, our soldiers successfully used “long Neptunes” at specified targets on Russian territory, and this is our completely fair response to the ongoing Russian terror. Ukrainian missiles actually give more tangible and accurate results every month,” he added.

The long-range version of the R-360 Neptune cruise missile (also known as the Long Neptune) was first shown publicly in August 2025.

On the morning of November 14, the Russian invaders attacked Mykolaiv by drones. The number of victims increased to eight people.

On the night of November 14, Kyiv suffered a massive rocket attack, which led to a partial shutdown of traffic in the city.

On the night of November 14, Kyiv was subjected to another massive shelling by the Russian military, which resulted in the death of three people.

In Desnyansk, Dniprovsky, Obolonsky, Podilsky and Svyatoshynsky districts of Kyiv, headquarters were deployed to help victims of the enemy attack on November 14.
