“On September 25, 2024, the Higher Anti-Corruption Court decided to satisfy the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against Alisher Burhanovych Usmanov, Andriy Volodymyrovych Skoch, Volodymyr Mykolayovych Skoch, Varvara Andriivna Skoch, and Volodymyr Yanovych Streshinsky on the application of the sanction provided for in clause 1-1 of the first part of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On sanctions”, the message says.

The defendants committed actions aimed at supporting the aggressive policy of the Russian Federation by:

– supply of ore and other products for the benefit of enterprises of the defense and industrial complex of the Russian Federation;
– supply of telecommunications services to law enforcement agencies and military units of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, which take direct part in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine;
– sponsoring propaganda propaganda materials, spreading narratives of Russian propaganda.
“By the decision of VACS, iron ore products in the amount of more than 165 thousand tons (estimated value of more than UAH 2 billion) and 100% of the authorized capital of “Peter-Service Ukraine” LLC have been charged to the state revenue,” the message says.
The Ministry of Justice added that the term for an appeal continues, defendants and third parties can file an appeal within five days from the moment the full text of the decision is published on the website of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
