As a result of an airstrike by Russian troops on Zaporizhzhia, 8 people, including 1 child, were injured, the National Police and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on Thursday in Telegram, writes UNN.

“As of 08:00, the total number of victims has increased to eight,” the National Police reported.

“The number of injured people has increased to 8 people,” the State Emergency Service confirmed.

According to the State Emergency Service, 18 people were evacuated.

According to the police, on the evening of September 25, the occupiers carried out five airstrikes (previously, air strikes) on the territory of Zaporizhia and the Zaporizhia district. As a result of one of the impacts, an apartment building was damaged by an explosive wave and debris. Another hit took place near a private house.

According to the State Emergency Service, 11 private residential buildings and 1 three-story residential building were destroyed.

According to the head of the OVA, Ivan Fedorov, enemy troops struck a residential building and the territory of one of the industrial enterprises.
