On Saturday, September 28, as a result of an attack by Russian drones in Kozachya Lopan, Kharkiv region, the judge of the Supreme Court in the Cassation Criminal Court, Leonid Loboyko, was killed.
This was announced by the Supreme Court.
“The staff of the Supreme Court expresses its sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of Leonid Mykolayovych, sharing their sorrow and pain from this irreparable loss. In the hearts of all who knew Leonid Loboyk, his memory will forever remain as a kind, wise and sensitive person,” the message reads.
On September 28, around 1:00 p.m., the Russians hit a private car with a drone in Kozachai Lopan, Kharkiv region, as a result of which a civilian man died.

Later that day, the prosecutor’s office of the Kharkiv region reported that the 61-year-old judge of the Supreme Court, who was delivering humanitarian aid to local residents, was killed as a result of an attack on a civilian car in Kozachia Lopan.
In addition, three women were injured, they were hospitalized, said the head of Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov.
