In his blog on Instagram, the actor told how his rehabilitation is going. As it turned out, Fedinchyk chose an innovative type of training that uses electromyostimulation (EMS) to contract muscles using safe electrical impulses. Normal training in the gym is contraindicated for a man.
Currently, the actor has returned to his native Zhytomyr. Specialists who monitor the correct execution of exercises help him with his recovery. From the footage shared by Andrii, you can see how difficult it is for him to do even, at first glance, ordinary exercises.
