187 combat clashes took place at the front. The defense forces are directing efforts to disrupt the execution of the Russian invaders’ offensive plans and exhaust their combat potential. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informs about this.
The enemy launched two missile strikes (two rockets), 52 air strikes (56 KAB) and 748 kamikaze drone strikes, and carried out more than 3,900 attacks on the positions of our troops.
In the Kharkiv direction Russian terrorists three times unsuccessfully stormed the positions of Ukrainian units in the Vovchansk region. The enemy hit Liptsy and Okhrimovka with guided aerial bombs.
The enemy attacked our fortifications six times in the Kupyansk direction near Green Grove, Hlushkivka and Zagryzovy. At this time, two clashes are ongoing.
Eighteen enemy attacks have so far been repelled by Ukrainian soldiers near Torskyi, Grekivka, Terniv, Novoyehorivka, and Makiivka in the Lyman direction. One battle is in progress. The enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of Ivanivka, Dronivka, Kryva Luka and Bilogorivka.
On the Seversky direction the enemy did not carry out offensive operations, but carried out airstrikes with guided aerial bombs in the Zakitny and Siversk districts.
On the Kramatorsk direction four attempts by the invaders to advance near Stupochky and in the area of Chasovoy Yar ended in failure. Another battle continues.
On the Toretsky direction the enemy, with the support of aviation, is pressing, trying to advance in the area of Toretsk. Seven attacks have already been repulsed by our soldiers, one more is in progress.
The enemy is intensively attacking the Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsky direction. In total, he carried out 40 assault and offensive actions. The Russian occupiers are most active in Myrolyubivka, Promeny, Lysivka, Sukhoi Yar, Pustinka, Hryhorivka, Dachensky, Petrivka, and Pushkin districts. Four clashes are still ongoing. Sukha Balka, Valentynivka and Myrnograd were hit by airstrikes.
According to preliminary calculations, our soldiers eliminated 130 and injured 160 occupiers in this direction. Two tanks, one BMP, eight vehicles, a mortar, and two buggies were destroyed. Four tanks, one mortar and one ATV were also damaged.
It’s also hot in the Kurakhiv directionat this time of the day there are 35 combat clashes. The terrorists tried to advance in the districts of Berestki, Sontsivka, Dalny, Novodmytrivka, Kurakhovo, Katerynivka, Romanivka, and Antonivka. Thirteen fights are still going on.
In the direction of Vremivsk Ukrainian soldiers repulsed 15 attacks by enemy units in the areas of Trudovoy, Kostyantynopolskyi, Rozlyv, Rozdolny, Suhy Yaliv and Novodarivka settlements. Five clashes are still ongoing. The enemy actively used aviation in the direction.
On the Orihiv direction units of our troops repelled one attack of the enemy in the direction of Kamianskyi. The enemy carried out an airstrike on Malya Tokmachka.
In the Dnieper direction four enemy assaults failed. The enemy was hitting Kozatskyi with NARs.
In Kurshchyna Ukrainian fighters hold the defense, repelling eight enemy attacks. In total, the enemy made 28 attempts to attack our units.
There were no significant changes in the situation in other areas.
The department honored Ukrainian soldiers from the 128th separate Transcarpathian mountain assault brigade, the 406th separate artillery brigade named after Corporal General Oleksiy Almazov, the 38th Separate Brigade of the Marines, the 68th Separate Yeger Brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush, the 425th Separate Assault Battalion, which are steadily holding back the onslaught of overwhelming enemy forces on the eastern front.
