Zelensky stated that there are no provisions on “debt” of Ukraine

During a meeting with journalists, President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that Ukraine and the USA agreed the framework agreement on minerals and stressed that it did not contain provisions on the “debt” of Ukraine to the States.
