It is about the law on making changes to some laws on supporting families with children and creating conditions that facilitate the combination of parenthood and professional activity.
The law defines various types of state aid. Such as assistance for pregnancy and childbirth, assistance at the birth of a child, assistance for caring for a child up to one year old, as well as support for single mothers and children with disabilities.
One of the parents or a guardian, with whom the child lives permanently, and who submitted a corresponding application, has the right to assistance at the birth of a child.
The amount of child birth allowance is 50,000 hryvnias for each child.
If two or more children are born, assistance is provided for each child separately.
At the same time, assistance to pregnant women in the absence of insurance experience will amount to 7,900 thousand hryvnias per month.

It was previously reported that children who return to Ukraine after deportation, forced relocation or stay in temporarily occupied territories will receive a one-time financial aid in the amount of 50,000 hryvnias.
