Before that, Zelensky announced that Mykhailo Drapaty was appointed as the new commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Zelensky noted that Major General Mykhailo Drapaty successfully organized the defense in the Kharkiv direction and disrupted the offensive operation of the Russian forces. Pavlyuk was appointed commander from February 11, 2024.
