“At the end of the last day and at the beginning of the current day, the enemy launched missile and drone attacks on energy facilities in several regions. As a result, in the morning there is a significant number of consumers without power in Donetsk region, Kyiv region, and Odesa region,” the report says.
In each of these areas, emergency and restoration work is ongoing, and energy workers are doing everything possible to eliminate the consequences of damage as soon as possible.
Ukrenergo adds that due to the consequences of previous massive attacks by the Russian Federation, hourly blackout schedules of 2 to 4 shifts (with the maximum amount of restrictions in the evening hours) continue to operate in most regions of Ukraine today.

Since the beginning of autumn, the Russian military has intensified its attacks on the Ukrainian energy and gas infrastructure, which supplies people with gas during the heating season.
The Ministry of Energy announced that Russia launched one of the largest ballistic missile attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure on the night of November 8. In order to eliminate the damage and stabilize the operation of the power system, first emergency shutdowns were used, then special schedules of hourly shutdowns. They operated in Kyiv Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Donetsk Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, Poltava Oblast, Chernihiv Oblast, and Sumy Oblast.
