In the Kherson region, 9 civilians were injured during the day as a result of Russian shelling, and two people died.
“Under the procedural leadership of the prosecutor’s office of the Kherson region, pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war have been initiated,” the message says.
According to the investigation, as of 7:00 p.m. on September 28, 2024, the occupiers using aircraft, various types of artillery and UAVs continue to shell the settlements on the right bank.
It is noted that 11 civilians of the region were injured during the day as a result of shell explosions. Two of them died, of the rest – seven required hospitalization.

As reported by Ukrinform, in Kherson Oblast, a 48-year-old man was wounded as a result of shelling in the village of Stanislav.
