“Rosfinmonitoring included Lev Shlosberg, the deputy chairman of the Yabluko party, on the list of terrorists and extremists, presumably because of his criminal prosecution for “fakes” about the Russian army, TASS reports”, — write: www.radiosvoboda.org
The reasons for entering the register are not specified. This is probably related to the fact that Shlosberg is involved in the case of “fakes” about the Russian army. From June 1, the accused under this article can be entered in the register even before the court verdict.
It became known on December 5 that Shlosberg is accused of spreading “fakes” about the army. On the same day, the court sent the politician under arrest. This became the third criminal case against the oppositionist.
At the beginning of November, Shlosberg was sentenced to 420 hours of compulsory labor under the article on failure to fulfill the duties of a “foreign agent”. A case of repeated “discrediting” of the army was also initiated against him.
Shlosberg is one of the few Russian politicians who publicly opposes the war and remains in Russia.
