In the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region, the Russian occupiers intensified the agitation of school graduates to join the ranks of the occupying army.

At the same time, in the front-line cities and villages, the Internet is completely disconnected by the occupiers themselves, and in other areas the speed is reduced to a minimum, so people perceive such “innovations” as a mockery.
