After that, the Ministry of Defense conducted its own laboratory tests of party residues removed from the combat units that confirmed that the canned food does not correspond to the profile DSTU.
After that, Trade Granite Invest was forbidden to participate in the tenders of DOT for 12 months – until October 16, 2025.
The company sought to lift the ban on participation in the auction six months after its implementation. She fulfilled all the necessary conditions, including paid more than UAH 1.4 million of a fine, so DOT canceled the sanction period.
From May to July, DOT purchased products for the Armed Forces for the second half of 2025. The total expected cost of bidding amounted to UAH 23.9 billion. As a result, DOT has concluded agreements with ten companies, and Trade Granite Invest LLC was in leaders in terms of number and cost of contracts.
The company will conclude three agreements with a total value of UAH 3.3 billion, two of which – through court.
Of the several lots of the tender announced at the end of May, Trade Granite Invest LLC was recognized as a winner of two total value of more than UAH 1.4 billion.
One of the lots was received without problems, offering the lowest price of 11 participants-UAH 1.18 billion. The DOT agreement was signed on June 4.
But the victory in the second lot “Trade Granite Invest” bit his teeth. 11 companies competed for this lot. The lowest price was offered by LLC “Okhtyrka Meat Product”, which the system was determined by the winner. However, on June 12, DOT rejected this proposal, since the sixth Court of Appeal of Kiev declared a decision to win unlawful.
According to the same scenario, the proposal of the next winner – a newcomer of army food auction of Mitform LLC – was rejected. After that, the system has already determined the winner of LLC “Trade Granite Invest”, whose proposal exceeded the previous one by 20 million UAH. On July 2, DOT concluded an agreement with the company for UAH 326.7 million.
In other auctions, also announced in May, LLC “Trade Granite Invest” has won another lot through court. Such a strategy allowed the company to win over UAH 40 million higher than the three previous winners, determined by the system – UAH 1.82 billion. The DOT Agreement was signed on June 24.
The owner of “Trade Granite Invest”, created in February 2022, is Yulia Pavlichenko, who was associated with the influential exnarary Alexander Granovsky, announced in 2022 on the wanted suspicion of frauds at the Odessa Port Plant.
