“Unfortunately, 4 people died, 5 people were injured. Emergency workers rescued 17 people, including 1 child. The search for people who may still be under the rubble is ongoing,” the message reads.

On the night of November 14, Kyiv suffered another Russian attack. According to the police, about 30 residential buildings in nine districts were damaged. Four dead and 30 wounded are known.
According to the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the main direction of the night attack of the Russian Federation is the city of Kyiv. Kyiv region, Kharkiv region, Odesa region, Poltava region and Cherkasy region were also affected as a result of the attack. In total, the Russian military attacked 430 UAVs of various types (about 300 – “Shahedy”), with 19 missiles of various types, among which were three “Daggers”. Recorded hits at 13 locations.
As President Volodymyr Zelenskyi reported, Patriot and some other systems were activated during the Russian attack – 14 Russian missiles were destroyed that night, including two aeroballistic and six ballistic Russian missiles.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
