Details: On November 11, it became known that Serhiy Pushkar, a member of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities (NKREKP), who is involved in the embezzlement case at Energoatom, left the territory of Ukraine.

According to “Energoreforma“Pushkar is in the capital of Poland, Warsaw, on a business trip until the end of the week.
Shkrum informed UP that she was supposed to speak at the forum in the same panel as Pushkar.

Details: “Ukrainian Pravda” has not found Pushkar’s name on the website with the list of participants, although he was previously invited. According to Shkrum, he was supposed to speak on the issue of tariffs in water utilities.
What preceded:
- From 2022 to 2025, Pushkar was the executive director for legal support of Energoatom JSC.
- On September 3, 2025, based on the results of an open competitive selection, he was appointed to the position of a member of the National Commission, which provides for state regulation in the field of energy and communal services.
