OGP: Due to the Russian attack of UAV in Nikopol region a person was killed

Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre -trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the commission of a war crime, which caused the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was initiated.

According to the investigation, on February 27, the Russian military attacked the UAV Manganese community of Nikopol district. The shelling was killed by a 51-year-old man. A 52-year-old woman was injured. Damaged car.

According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Ova Sergei Lisak, the victim is in hospital in serious condition.
