More than 2.5 thousand drones were purchased for the Armed Forces in Lithuania

The Lithuanian Radarom campaign!, Which in February this year united the Lithuanian people and companies to assist Ukraine, acquired more than two thousand drones for the Ukrainian defense forces.

Details: As it is noted, the total amount of assistance that has been harvested thanks to this campaign has already exceeded EUR 4.4 million, and thousands of unmanned aircraft are supplied to Ukrainian defenders.

According to the latest data, a total of 2 thousand 609 drones were purchased, as well as an advance for another 320 Lithuanian drones. EUR 2.6 million has already been spent on the production of Lithuanian drones, and EUR 1.7 million for Ukrainian manufacturers.

From the first day of the campaign we keep our hand on the pulse, we constantly monitor the course of the process and report the public about how donations are used. Two -thirds of all assistance were allocated for Lithuanian production and the rest for the purchase of Ukrainian drones and equipment. Initially, the drones of Ukrainian manufacturers prevailed, as the process of their supply was faster, but now the results of the work of Lithuanian manufacturers were now noticeable.

Third Radarom campaign! LRT was organized in collaboration with Blue/Yellow, Laisvės TV and Stiprūs Kartu from 3 to 24 February 24th. During the campaign, residents and companies of Lithuania donated more than 5 million euros.

They also wrote that a two -month Dronaton charity campaign, initiated by a non -governmental organization Blue/Yellow, whose purpose is to collect 1 million euros for the purchase of drones for Ukrainian defenders, will start in Lithuania.
